General Description of Industrial Radar Door Opening Sensor

  NBRP42-9ME/RVP42-9MG is a high-performance motion radar detector for vehicle detection and human detection, specifically developed for industrial doors, garage doors, cold storage doors, road gates, and other industrial doors. lt is with dual relays of vehicle-detection and pedes-trian-detection, and can also open the corresponding relay output as needed.
  Meanwhile, NBRVP12-9ME/NBRVP42-9MG has a recognition and filtering function for horizontally moving vehicles or pedestrians. 

The Features of the Industrial Radar Door Opening Sensor

  Wide Range of Detection Area： The industrial radar door opening sensor offers a range of features that make it suitable for various types of installations. It provides a narrow or wide detection area using microwave technology, which can be easily adjusted by clicking the narrow lens onto the radar module. The detection area can be further fine-tuned using a sensitivity potentiometer.

  Dual relay outputs: The sensor is equipped with dual relays, allowing for fully customizable hands-free operation. It can be set to detect vehicles, people, or both, depending on the project requirements. Additionally, it offers direction recognition capabilities, including forward and backward movement detection.

Two Working Modes for Radar Sensor for Industrial Door Opening

Working Mode One: Only Detect People

The NobTra opening sensor for industrial doors utilizes Doppler radar technology, allowing for precise detection of people by adjusting the sensing area. The NobTra RVP42-9M radar is equipped with two-channel relays: one channel is dedicated to vehicle detection, while the second channel is used for human detection. This configuration ensures accurate and reliable detection of both vehicles and people, simplifying installation and operation.

Working Mode Two: Only Detect Vehicles

The NobTra door opening sensor with integrated radar senser features direction recognition capabilities. When a car is perpendicular to the door and preparing to enter the garage, the radar detects its approach and the door opens accordingly. However, if the car passes by the side of the door without entering, the radar does not detect it, and the door remains closed. The NobTra sensor is equipped with two-channel relays: one channel is dedicated to vehicle detection, while the second channel is used for human detection. This configuration ensures accurate and reliable detection of both vehicles and people, simplifying installation and operation.
