Furthermore, our loop detector models offer exceptional flexibility in Loop Inductance, ranging from an ideal 25µH to 1000µH, with maximums extending from 20µH to 1200µH. Sensitivity settings span from L 0.01% to 2.56%, with 16 selectable levels, making our detectors suitable for a myriad of traffic control applications including toll systems, vehicle counting, and traffic analysis.

Testing Protocol for Loop Detector Products:

During product testing, a consistent methodology ensures accurate evaluation. Utilizing a standardized sensible coil, which can be adjusted to match industry norms, both our original and newly developed products undergo rigorous testing. Positioned beneath the motor rotor blade, the loop detector is subjected to identical environmental conditions and distances. The motor is then initiated at maximum speed and gradually slowed down until the detector detects a predetermined threshold. Once this threshold is reached, the detector promptly sends a signal to the control system, activating the A and B relays. These relays, in turn, manage the 220VAC zero line, controlling the illumination of lights. It's worth noting that in rare instances of low motor speed, where the rotating blade only passes through the loop once, there may be occasional issues with the MCU, potentially resulting in double switching problems.

Temperature Endurance Assessment:

To evaluate the robustness of our loop detector across diverse temperature ranges, rigorous testing is conducted under controlled conditions using specialized equipment such as high and low temperature boxes, along with multimeters and oscilloscopes for precise measurement.

Phase One: Subjecting the product to temperatures ranging from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius, with hourly intervals for 24 hours, ensures thorough scrutiny for any anomalies. The device remains operational throughout the test duration, with particular attention given to the flawless functioning of A and B relay outputs.

Phase Two: Expanding the temperature range to -40 to +70 degrees Celsius, the test interval remains hourly for the initial 24 hours. Subsequently, the interval is extended to 2 hours to assess the device's resilience under more extreme conditions. Continual monitoring of A and B relay outputs is conducted to promptly identify any irregularities.

Frequency and Coil Inductance of the Loop Detector Analysis:

In the assessment of coil inductance spanning from 20UH to 2000UH, our company meticulously measures specific points including 25UH, 85UH, 108UH, 358UH, 500UH, 1000UH, 1200UH, 1500UH, and 2000UH. Given the variance in coil sensitivity, the input frequency range is stabilized between 16KHz to 130KHz.

During testing, adjustments are made to the 16-bit rotary dial code to ensure consistent recognition of the coil despite changes in sensitivity. A critical aspect of this evaluation involves instant verification of the MCU detection signal upon powering the ground detector. The functionality of the MCU's detection signal is assessed through the green indicator light, which should promptly illuminate or blink upon sensing the ground signal. Any deviations from this expected behavior are thoroughly investigated to maintain optimal performance standards.
